Informed consent records include information on recommended treatment, patient images, notes and viewed CAESY patient education presentations. Patients sign the record, indicating their acknowledgement and acceptance of the recommended treatment. Use the digital signature pad to acquire an electronic signature and store the original, signed consent agreement in the patient’s SmartDoc.
